Seth did a fantastic job. I received a speeding ticket in Elkton, MD and he represented me. I hired him and he did all the work. He sent the ticket back in, kept me up to date with case deatils and showed up to court for me (I live in NJ). I was found not guilty and the fine was waived. Seth was fantastic. I received two traffic tickets on the way to the MD beaches and I live in DC. I was accused of driving significantly over the speed limit and tailgating. Seth went to court for me and obtained a probation before judgment on the speeding ticket (NO POINTS and NO TRAFFIC SCHOOL!) and the tailgating ticket was thrown out. This is a fantastic result and not having to go to court was a HUGE PLUS. Seth and his team were responsive and easy to deal with. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone with traffic issues utilize Seth and Price Benowitz's services. I am a pretty sophisticated local Washingtonian and know a ton of attorneys at well known law firms. None of them could of done the job Seth did.

Seth represented me in 3 different counties for traffic violations and I would use him again. When I first contacted him, I was a little wary; he seemed like a smooth talker and his assistant gave me prices & a sales pitch right away. But, Seth gave me a really good phone consultation with better advice and a better explanation of the charges I was facing than any of the other lawyers I contacted and I'm glad that I gave him a chance. He has a great understanding of the nuances of traffic law and the ways to fight them. He's also a genuinely nice guy. Two of my charges were serious and I was facing thousands of dollars in fines, multiple points of my license, and potential jail time. Seth worked his magic and I was either found not guilty or having the case dismissed for almost all of my charges. He also helped to get my record expunged where possible. Hiring him was worth every penny. He traveled all over the state for me and seemed to know every prosecuting attorney and judge. Seth is highly recommended if you're looking for a traffic attorney, he'll take care of you and put you at ease.
