Seth Okin is an extremely professional and experienced attorney. He makes himself available at all times for any issues that arise. His representation is focused on your needs. He spent a fair amount of time speaking with my wife about her case. She felt like he was her only and most valued client. At all times, he was professional and confident, which assured my wife that she was in good hands. He obtained a successful result for us, and we will absolutely use him again when the need arises. One of the best ways to determine the best qualified candidates in a particular field is to determine who their counterparts visit. For example, if you want to know which dentist is the best in the area, ask any dentist who he sees for his own dental work. I am an attorney and I use Seth Okin. I was leaving my office and going through a green light, when out of no where a vehicle collided with me, and T-Boned me. Police were called by bystanders and they immediately said it was my fault. It was completely not, and the police sided with the guy that hit me. I was cited three different tickets ... about 3 points each and about a thousand dollars. I originally had another case with Price Benowitz LLP. When I called in, I was able to speak to a Client Manager and was directed to Seth Okin. I was able to speak to Seth the same day and we talk about my case. After our initial consult, I felt very comfortable with the information provided and the price I was given. At first I really liked how fast Seth got back to me. It was on a Saturday when I found Seth’s firm on the web. His client management team called me back immediately and transferred me directly to Seth. It was pretty amazing how they got me to him immediately.. and on the holidays. I was feeling a little bad at that point because I took time away from his family, but I really appreciated that he cared that much without even knowing me. Basically Seth set up a great case, and when we went into court the government tried to get me to take a plea bargain, but said said “NO”. I found Price Benowitz from a Google search about my charge. I called into the office and spoke to one of the Client Managers, Noel. Mr. Okin gave me a call 15 minutes later, and we were able to discuss my case initially. The charges against me were baseless, and he called me back later that night to give me further details and more information. Seth had more information about my case than my Public Defender did, despite not having ever met me in person. I hired Seth months in advance of my next court date, and he was able to obtain me a highly favorable result. Mr. Okin knew the prosecuting attorney, which really helped to work out a resolution for my case. We went to three different hearings at court and Seth was well prepared for all of them. I would absolutely hire Seth again should I ever need his services. Even after everything was finished, Seth will still respond to my questions about the terms of my deal with the state immediately. My charges will be completely gone as long as I take court-mandated classes.
