Words cannot express how thankful and pleased I am with Ms.West and her law firm. I had an auto accident case that was being handled by a shady lawyer before Ms.west almost a year ago that had no traction. I was hit by someone and it was the worst experience trying to get anything done. I had to pay out of pocket for expenses, I lost work time, I just was in such a bad place. I never received updates, I was never in the loop, whenever we did speak I had more information than he did. I almost thought it was a lost cause because the case became more intricate as the person who hit me basically was a ghost and their insurance was not of any help. My case was then assigned to Ms. West and her team who with limited information and prep time immediately got to work on my case. It took a year to just even get basic info from the other guy. Ms. West and her firm got me results in almost less than 5months! From the beginning whether through the client portal , an email or a phone call from either her team or even Ms west herself I was informed of everything. Ms.West knows her law! I felt taken care and not just a dollar sign. I got the justice I deserved after everything thanks to them and I would trust her to handle my cases everytime going forward. December 3, 2023 was the worst day of my life. I was in a bad car accident. Come to find out the one who hit me had the same insurance. Long story short, this insurance company wasn't doing a good job during the claims process or any process during that matter. My father told me to get a lawyer and I certainly did. I googled the best lawyers in Maryland and first one to pop up was Rice, Murtha & Psoras Trial Lawyers. Eric Lickstein was assigned to my case. He was very informative and he showed that he actually cared for my well being. I didn't have to do much aside from providing information needed. I just want to show my gratitude for all that they have done for me. Thanks to Eric and Hannah, I will be receiving my settlement check soon.

Fabulous experience with this law firm. They helped me get the right care for my son, who was injured in an accident. They were always considerate and empathetic. Got slammed into on 695. Called RMP and was put in contact with Jeff. He took over from the beginning setting up physical therapy and collecting information. Can’t thank him enough for a speedy solution. Hope I never need a lawyer again but if I do I know who I’m calling
