I highly recommend Steve Rakow. I felt so relieved to speak with him and have him represent my son, who is an out of state driver. Steve is very professional, walked me through the necessary steps and kept us updated and informed. We had a very good outcome.

When you need a lawyer its a stressful situation. Of course you want someone who understands the law and knows the local court system. But what you really want is someone who cares. Steve cares. He cares about you as a person and wants to get you the best outcome possible. For me Steve navigated a complex situation that required some intricate deal making at the last minute. Hiring Steve Rakow was one of the best decisions we have ever made. He is thorough, professional, personable and efficient. All of our emails, calls or texts were responded to quickly. There is no need to look any further for an exceptional lawyer. Hopefully we will not need a lawyer again, but if we do, Steve will be our first and only choice!

Unfortunately I have not had good luck dealing with attorneys until I met Steve Rakow. He is professional, extremely knowledgeable, easy to talk to and he truly cares! He does not try to dazzle you with legal terms, he speaks so you can understand exactly what your situation is, always has sound advice, leaves no details out, and is more than fair on his fees! Steve has referred me/us to another attorney when he felt he could not represent(case was across the Bay Bridge) what was best for me/us. He returns emails, phone calls and keeps you up to date. Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about how Steve helped and did what was best for me in a couple of difficult situations.

I absolutely loved working with Steve. For starters, his fee was affordable and reasonable for me after waiting to find a attorney last minute. Steve is very knowledgeable and personable. I spent most of my time talking to him directly not being passed down to his assistant in which I loved. Even if he had court or other duties he made sure to get back with me asap through phone and email. He set the appropriate expectations and was able to deliver the exact results we spoke about.
