This place is absolutely horrible with follow up and showing common courtesy. Had to use them through my legal shield subscription. They need to learn how to return phone calls and address issues in a timely manner. In today’s world the consumer expects instant gratification but is understanding when they get good communication. Took me 7 days and a phone call or two every single day to get bad news. Stay away if you can.

Ben and his team of professionals were hired on behalf of my son who was given a citation for DUI/DWI. Believe me no parent wants to get this call at night or anytime. I researched several firms in the Frederick Area. Like any parent should or want to do under unknown future outcomes or circumstances. Do your due diligence but in the end believe in your lawyer and the variety of outcomes. Ben listened, understood and in the end whether you may or may not agree with the entire process, set realistic expectations.
