I spoke to a Firm Director there and I will not mention names because Im better than that but never been so disrespected. He became very rude, defensive, and kept interrupting me when I tried to ask him questions in regards to an issue. I work in customer service on a daily basis and this is not how you would want to represent your company or speak to your customers. No apologies or acknowledgment of his conduct was projected.

Spoke with the nastiest debt collector by the name of Maggie at 3:35 p.m. on 2/4/22. She actually hung up on me when I requested to speak with her supervisor by replying "your going to have to call back" then click. I am really hoping that our phone call was recorded because that woman needs additional training not only on customer service by also on how to utilize the software since she was unable to provide with any information regarding where this debt stems from. I will most definitely be calling back and tracking down her direct supervisor. From the way she spoke with me it seemed as though she could care less whether they received any money from me what so ever and was attempting to make payment arrangements. If I owned a collection agency I would not allow an employee to continue working for me if I found out she were hanging up on customers whom where trying to set up payments. Silly woman is going to end up losing her job with that nasty attitude!!!!!!

They really do work with you on a reasonable payment . online payments are easy and your better off using online payments don't trust the mail.

The complaints on the BBB website say enough about this “law firm”. Let me add that they will have court papers sent to your house without even contacting you by phone or mail before trying to sue you. When you call and try to get debt verification, they won’t even send you the statements showing your debt. Rude and disrespectful employees at this firm. All the bad reviews are true

Paid off. They did a great job working with me

I contacted this office and the male representative hung up in my face. He would not allow me to speak with the attorneys and he kept over talking me. He was rude and unprofessional. I need for the attorneys to reach out to me because they need to know what’s happening. I’m recording this rep to play for the judge in this matter. It’s not ok to hang up in someone’s face and be disrespectful.
