Awesome law company, if you work with them they will work with you

Good to work with.

NEVER pay a collector from a bank acct--Only use money orders. This company is horrible! Very arrogant and rude. They break all consumer protection laws whenever they seem fit! An account I owed and paid off was sent to them. The company closed! This company showed up in court to sue me, their attorney approached me before the court case, he said he understood my complaint that it was paid and they would close the case. He said I didn't need to stay and go before the judge, just to sign the settlement sheet and the case would be closed and I could leave. Next thing I know I have an admitted default judgment against me. I had no choice but to pay and made payment arrangements every month. They claimed they didn't receive a payment when they did, my bank confirmed, then they garnished my bank acct for non-payment. After proving I made the payment, they kept the money out of my checking acct and said they would refund my payment--they never did! Then i requested payoff information, and they tacked on additional interest and penalties in addition to the interest and penalties the court allowed--to the tune of over $7,000! I have had to hire an attorney to settle and close this case for the court allowed amount or go back to court. I've paid on this account monthly for over 10 years. Enough is enough.

They sent my closed down business a notice. As a courtesy to their time, I e-mailed them to let them know they had made a mistake and provided evidence supporting as much. I requested an acknowledgement of my e-mail so that I would know the matter was settled. I called in a few days later to be rudely told that they received my message and the matter is settled, but that they would not send a response stating as much so that my time would not later be wasted if this issue presented itself again. If this is how they treat third parties that aren't involved in their matters, then I shudder to imagine how they behave with their actual defendants.

They are very good on communication with you and always trying to find the best solution for you as well.
