This Law Office is the most unprofessional practice that I have ever had to deal with.

Get your pay check Garnished, don't do a payment plan with them. You will have a better interest rate dealing with a loan shark.

Pattie was great! Whomever that Director of yours is though has legit small man issues. Hanging up with no understanding of my concern, and then had the audacity to be wrong as the company misplaced a payment I made.. what a wet bag of ... if you hate your job partner LEAVE!

Customer service is horrible. I called in to pay a bill. Had to make a payment arrangement for 2 payments. Paid half 1 week and scheduled next payment for the following week. First agent was wonderful and respectful. The second agent Jul condescending and disrespectful.

Called to clarify a garnishment that done out of order. First rep was understanding and explained the law to me. Pass me to a supervisor who was rude and close to getting checked. I'm trying to get this done and being nasty is gonna work.

I just randomly got a request of garnishment of wages, i saw they were the plantiff. I remember settling a debt for 500 dollars to a credit card company, next thing you know a couple months later i get this letter. I don't even know what it's for.It just says they're going to garnish my wages. I understand them doing that if i didn't settle the debt, but i did settle the debt and i got this, I may file a motion. I'm not trying to call this company dishonest but we will see what happens.

I am not going to be mean and give yall a 1 star but please if a customer of yours is calling in to find out what is going on with there account it seems like they might have struggled at one point and yall need to be kind and not snippy with people on the phone. Your tone means everything to other people in the world. I hope this reaches the right people because after getting off the phone with the lady i felt pretty shitty about life

Would give 0 stars if I could. Wow, I missed a payment and immediately got a notice of motion for entry of judgment. Sean who spoke to me was belligerent and rude. I have faithfully making payments since January 2023 and missed one. No negotiations, no sense of reasonableness, zip.

I was served a warrant in debt by this firm. Obviously, I panicked. I did research and read every review (which didn’t help). Finally got the courage to call and try to settle. Although this firm does NOT negotiate the debt, they were incredibly kind and pleasant to work with. I paid the debt in full and in a few days, I received a letter verifying that the debt was satisfied. A few days after that, I received confirmation from the court that the case was dismissed. I should mention that I was able to pay the amount owed in one payment, so my experience may be different from those who set up payment arrangements.

Don't be rude to people and people will not be rude to you. Some of these reviews shows who is really the scumbags. Pay your debt and move on. I have never had a bad experience. Everyone speaks to me the way I speak to them. WITH RESPECT. The last few reviews are a joke. Don't listen to people who leave reviews like that.
