Legit business. They offered me a payment arrangement. They were professional. When I broke it, they took real legal action and garnished wages. Cooperate with them. Pay what you owe.

Soulless people. They work for big credit card companies who pray on the little guys, people who are just scraping by. Do not trust this company.

This company is the worst. They get loud with u and Have a filthy mouth. The supervisors feel there, but above you have no remorse at all

KPD along with their whole firm are complete scumbags! Here’s a couple of things you can do whenever you encounter them and their corrupt practices. If you know they’ve filed a complaint against you in court, reach out to the court and move the case to arbitration, also request the court clerk to give you all of the documents they filed on your case for your review. However, they are known to sue and not notify the person they’re suing or garnishing by way of submitting fraudulent robo-signed affidavits to the courts and the dumb judges sign off on them. Secondly, never communicate with them via phone and NEVER give them access to your bank accounts!!! You should always communicate with them via USPS certified mail, as putting everything in writing helps build your case. Thirdly, reach out to the Attorney Grievance Commission and the CFPB to file a complaint. Fourthly, you can file a complaint in federal court against them for violating your privacy, using fraudulent affidavits and other documents to garnish wages, freeze bank accounts, and/or failing to properly notify you of a lawsuit by not serving a summons. And last by not least, if all else fails, file a Chapter 7 bankruptcy!!

They are sending debt warrants for my ex husband to my house! How they even have my address when he doesn’t is sketchy!

Set up a payment plan and payed off my balance early before my court date. Case was dismissed thank god!! I was a little worried because of the reviews but you just have to work with them and they will work with you. Had no issues or complaints. Thank you Klima, Peters & Daly.

Horrible service

This Company engages in fraudulent practices by seeking out information from over 10 to 15 years ago that does not appear on credit reports. When requesting original documents, Kevin abruptly ended the call, and Mark was unhelpful and dismissive, claiming they were not obligated to provide any evidence. It is imperative to establish laws to prevent such actions. Upon visiting the courthouse, the clerk confirmed there was no record of the matter in question, despite the documents provided by the bank. The company repeatedly associates my Social Security Number with banks and sends altered court documents with forged judge signatures. To address this issue, I will file a police report as the situation has escalated. Despite not having Aaron Furniture on my credit report, the company continues to change names and utilize the same fraudulent court papers to freeze accounts. Despite my efforts to alert PNC Bank of the fraud, they have not taken action, resulting in financial strain and damage to my credit. I have filed complaints with the BBB and fraud reporting sites and will pursue a police report for a restraining order to halt these baseless attacks on my financial record.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This company is the worst and rude the director Stephen or Steven is the absolute worst they need to fire him and replace him IMMEDIATELY!!!!! They will state you are on a record line and state stuff to you like we will call you back with information about your payment plan, then they won’t they will stop taking the automatic payments and then re garnish you. And say it’s your fault because the director doesn’t follow up and they will not pull the recording and they will not let you set up another plan. They don’t take fault on any issue. And they literally suck!!!!!! The company for the credit card needs to hire a different third party company to do there collections because by far this is the worst company EVER!!! I have never tried to pay off a debt and had a company let it fall through there hands because of pure lazinesss!!!
