Tom and Colleen were so helpful and did all the research, met with us, wrote the contract, and made edits for us within 10 days of our first appointment with them. Doug Burgess, Amy, and everyone at Burgess Law was great! I needed new estate planning documents due to a divorce, and they made the process seamless. They are reasonably priced and efficient. I really like Mr. Burgess' style. He is thorough and knowledgeable, and explains everything well. His experience is evident, but he is not cocky about it - just seems like a nice guy at the same time as being very competent, and you don't always find that combination in lawyers or people in general. Anyway, it was a good experience and I would recommend hiring him for your estate planning needs. It is not a fun topic to think about, but it is much better to be prepared.
