I felt pretty down on my luck when I l got rear ended by a driver who clearly wasn't paying attention on the road. Cue Paul Chung and Jessica Baker from Shulman Rogers to swoop in and alleviate my worries, not making me handle a thing myself and assuring me every step of the way that they had things under control. Paul and Jessica did a wonderful job of informing me what my rights were. They dealt with the multiple auto insurance companies, doctors, physical therapists, car dealerships and auto repair shops that my case required. They promptly answered my every question, and prudently advised me in every situation. In addition, they're terrific to be around. I truly enjoyed their company. I can't thank them enough.

I asked this attorney to help in a long going issue with abuse within VA that has caused me emotional harm He claims they don't handle intention harm My question is harm to anyone is neglect and intentional in some cases. I do not recommend him for Any of my Fellow Veterans or their families stay away

My time spent with Karl Josef during my case was a wonderful experience. This was the first time i have ever been in any type of law proceedings and I only have positive feedback from my experience. A NIGHTMARE !! I recently used their settlement services after being coaxed by my former real estate agent ( REMAX Gold Standard Group in Olney, MD). Computations in the HUD1 were wrong; I had to recalculate and constantly check on them to rectify the errors. The attorney was snobbish and didn't show any care, the post settlement person was unresponsive. Recordation was done late (it only appeared on public records after 3 long weeks, whereas a recent settlement agent I used -- Federal Title -- perfected the recordation on the closing date and they were shown in public records on that same day!). I will definitely STAY AWAY from Shulman Rogers and REMAX Gold Standard Group in any future real estate needs.

After being involved in my first car accident in October 2013, I wasn't even sure where to start with everything that needed to be done. Luckily, I have an insurance company that was beyond helpful, but when I was served with paperwork saying a passenger in the other car was suing both that driver and I, I panicked. Although I was not the one at fault, I figured I should at least talk to a lawyer to make sure I wouldn't be punished for something that I wasn't responsible for. I was referred to Shulman, Rogers, etc. by someone my mother knows, and I couldn't have made a better decision than to contact them. After my initial e-mail to attorney Paul Chung, he responded back to me quickly and asked when he could meet with me in person to discuss everything. Throughout the year long process, he and Paralegal Jessica Baker, handled everything for me. I honestly don't even know where to start with explaining everything they took care of, that's how good of a job they did. They took 100% of the weight off of my shoulders, which allowed me to start living again without worrying everyday about the accident and lawsuit against me, which I will forever be thankful for. I'm sure with all the cases they deal with, mine seemed relatively "easy" to them, but Jessica Baker never made me feel like I wasn't important. If I had a question and sent her an e-mail late one night, I'd wake up the next morning with a response from her right away. I was extremely pleased with this law firm, and will gladly refer them to anyone I know that may need legal advice.

I was represented by Mike Nakamura of Shulman, Rogers and needless to say I was always comfortable, and all my questions were answered from start to finish. Along with the assistance of Mr. Nakamura and Sheila Colvin, everything was handled wonderfully. They were always professional and kept me in the loop with things that were going on. They made sure I understood all aspects. I would recommend them to anyone, they were amazing.
