We were referred to Marc after being ticketed following a traffic accident that could not be avoided. Marc did a wonderful job preparing for the court hearing as well as at the hearing itself. He brought the case to a very satisfactory conclusion. We highly recommend him.

Marc was very professional, easy to contact, and a confident guide through the legal process. He explained each step to resolution very clearly and set expectations early. He pointed out gaps and areas that might be problematic and made suggestions on how to mitigate those. Everything went as he predicted it would with no surprises. I highly recommend Marc Emden.

Mr. Emden is an absolutely fantastic lawyer. He guided me through two cases with ease and both ended in my favor. He is very knowledgeable and is able to explain everything simply and clearly. He was extremely empathetic and also became a friend. I would recommend Mr. Emden to anyone who asks without hesitation and though I hope to never end up in anymore situations requiring a lawyer, I definitely do hope to keep him in touch.
