Complete changes in strategy due to new evidence/understanding resulting in substantial dismissal of matters, a pivot initiated by the observations of Mr. Shih. Representation during trial that resulted in a favorable outcome, without having to testify, based on a reasonable understand of the facts. I would love to think I could have achieved the same outcome, however the reality is without the knowledge of the process, the chances of this are slim, and the reality of the matter to escalating into a major headache was always a concern.
