I have nothing but good things to say about Esteban Gergely. He was very professional, punctual and proactive. He made mycase convenient by doing the intake and payment over the phone and met him at the courthouse. He took care of my case and it was dismissed. He was awesome and all I can say is thank you!

Without going into too much detail on specific charges, I would just like to say how impressed I was with the services of Estaban and his talent for positive interpretation of the law. I had 8 charges, one being a dwi. He was able to have 7 of 8 charges acquitted and I walked out of the court room after trial only having to pay for an illegal left turn. If you are looking for an informed individual to procure a more reasonable outcome in your case, I urge you to use the law offices of Krum, Gergely, & Oates.

The firm was quick to handle my case regarding excessive speeding. I didn't have to appear. I was promised a phone call when the case was over to tell me the outcome. I never received that call. I had to call repeatedly and leave messages. The attorney eventually called me back and left a voicemail. In my opinion his message (which I kept) was rude. Initially I was told that the $500 fee would cover everything. The attorney's message indicated that I needed to pay court costs of $81, and he hoped that I had resolved that. I was vexed. How would I have known when no one called to tell me the outcome? Sure enough I had to pay it. I tried to call back and get clarification, but I was ignored.

Mohammadi and Humayun truly cares. They treated me like family and won my case. They made it quick and easy, they updated me on what was going on and I got a lot more Money then I was expecting. They’re a great legal team and I would refer them to anyone.
