I recently used these legal services for a moving traffic violation, with Esteban Gergely defending my case. Not only did he succeed in getting a not-guilty verdict, but I did not have to appear in court, which is a big plus with my heavy work schedule. I have also used Mr. Gergely's legal services in the past. I really appreciate his responsiveness and the individual attention that he gives to each case, even if it is a relatively "small" matter from a legal standpoint. I'd recommend him very highly for both minor and major legal problems.

My family hired Attorney Leon Geller to help us prove that my family member was falsely charged with a DUI. We wanted a lawyer in Rockville, MD. His office is conveniently located within walking distance to the Rockville Courthouse. My family member was not a drunk driver. Mr. Geller believed us. He agreed that there must be something else going on which turned out to be a medical basis for her traffic accident. Instead of calling an ambulance, the police incorrectly assumed that she was intoxicated. Given that she had no recollection of the the accident whatsoever and left the scene added to the charges and made the case even more difficult to defend. Mr.Geller agreed that a medical investigation was warranted. After his thorough review of the medical reports, lab tests, and medical expert opinion, Mr. Geller proved that his client was not intoxicated at all, but very ill at the time. This was due to low blood glucose levels, low brain oxygenation from COPD/Emphysema and mild dementia. Mr. Geller won the case. He had the court drop the DUI charges and expunge the DUI the record. Mr. Geller guided us through the legal process and best strategy to prepare a strong case. He was always informative, punctual, respectful and understanding. Very easy to talk to. I have already recommended Mr. Geller and will continue to do so. He's a lawyer you can trust to be on your side, always.

Man oh man! What can I say about this man? Asim is a great lawyer who is in the business of being a good lawyer not just to take your money or do a half ass job. I’ve gone through some major problems of my own making but Asim has helped me out a bunch....as a friend, former co-worker, and currently my GO TO guy for any legal issues or advice he is the Man to go to.
