Hello, my name is Elvis Cruz and i can sincerly say that Shikha and her staff are some real professionals who know what they are doing, I just want to say that Shikha is truly an angel sent from above. Nobody wanted to help me resolve my case due to the fact that it was so complicated but her perfesionalism was so great that i was able to put my trust in her and her staff. Shihka gave me hope and now thanks to her a have a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. I would highly recomend Shikha to anyone who feels like there problem has no solution.

Initially worked directly with banks "loss mitigation" team. The lost mitigation team's job is to secure your home, not save it. They provided bad advice while losing documents throughout the process. Avoid doing this alone and Hire Paradigm Law. They stopped our near foreclosure; assisted with our short sale, and kept the bank honest for once. The team is professionals, working to ensure your family is protected. I'd recommend the entire team to anyone. Do yourself a favor and invest the money in yourself--hire the Paradigm team. Really glad we did. Thanks Shikha, Julie, and Ann for everything!

Shikha was great from the start and very experienced. The short sale of our Maryland house was in limbo and the bank kept giving us a hard time for over 2 years. Shikha reassured us regularly and gave us updates. Our previous short sale law firm in Maryland was slow and terribly inefficient. A couple of other short sale law firms that we contacted before Paradigm Law gave us zero chances of success. When Shikha took over, she was very proactive and it was obvious that she's skilled with short sales and understands the process thoroughly to help homeowners with their situation. Within a few months, we closed the short sale of our house! I contacted Mr. Anthracite’s law office after my son received a protective order in the very early hours of 11 August 2017. We met Mr. Anthracite in his office that afternoon, with a court date that was set within days, and he got down to business the moment we sat down. He provided the pros and cons of either fighting the order or consenting to it, and my son made the decision to fight it. We provided Mr. Anthracite a background history of the parties involved, and submitted all requested documentation throughout the weekend, and when the court date arrived he was definitely prepared! He handled our case with a precise thoroughness and professionalism that could not be matched, nor denied. Excellent service

My story started out with four rounds of a short sale process, which left me drained and frustrated. I turned to Shikha and her team to assist me with my home. Initially, I contacted Shikha to pursue a case against the mortgage due to the negligence. I explained that I was recently divorced from a 15-year marriage and filed bankruptcy during the process. I also shared that I desired to remain in my home with my 14-year-old daughter (the house she grew up in). Shortly after speaking with Shikha, she provided me with options that I never knew I had. She gave me hope that I could keep my home. Her team quickly contacted the mortgage company to start the modification process. After providing the bank with everything required, a roadblock happen! The mortgage company SOLD my loan in the MIDDLE of our modification review. Shikha quickly shifted the team’s energy to the new mortgage company and I was able to modify my home, which REDUCED my mortgage by hundreds of dollars! I am so grateful for her knowledge and services. Shikha is pleasant and swift! She does EXACTLY what she says she can do…and she gets it done!

Just called this firm in regards to a landlord and tenant iasue. The person that called me back sounded like they had no knowledge in these cases. I expressed to her that where I am renting I don't even feel comftable anymore but I didn't want to leave because I don't want to mess up my credit. I explained my landlord has been coming to my property without my consent or knowledge, and harassing me through unscheduled inspections, constant phone calls, text messages and emails. I also expressed I have requested my landlord to fix my refrigerator which is a hazard to my family and has not been taken care of. The person I spoke to says she doesn't see a motive and then went to say we'll you need to take her to court.. Duhhhhhhh, what did you think I was calling the law firm for. Wow... I told her I don't think you have the knowledge of these cases and I will seek another attorney. I just don't understand when I read we have experience, and how many years but you can't see I need representation for this illegal act. Wow.

Shikha is the best there is. She is extremely knowledgeable and knows the process. During a very stressful short sale, she was very reassuring and understanding while always able to answer any question with poise. I would highly recommend her and her team to anyone!

I had to go to court earlier this year and he was the BEST man suited for the job. He not only made sure that the charges were dismissed but also that I didn't have to pay any fees. Shikha was instrumental in the closing process of my home. She was able to submit and get all the proper paper back and forth to the mortgage company quickly.
