I had a great experience at Dross Berman llc with my case against Geico. Staff team was very professional and helped me through each step to settle for my case. With their help, I was able to focus on my medical/physical treatments and recovery. They were good, fast communicators and were thorough in helping me to understand through the process. I'm glad to have worked with them and I would hire this team to represent me again.

Very professional and friendly

I was recommended to Mr. Berman by sister-in-law. I honestly wasn't sure if I wanted to go that route. After talking with him at that intial point, all my concerns and anxiety dealing with the accident were at ease. Mr. Berman and his team handled everything, while I focused on recovery. He even recommended some doctors and physical therapy locations. He kept me updated with information on my case, as soon as information reached him. He expertly explained the process and all terminology associated with my case (car insurance, health insurance rules etc). If I had any questions or concerns he was always available via phone and email. Dealing with my odd type of health insurance and help me with the documents, saved me in an instant. His punctuality on time frame was also appreciated. I would receive a call from him immediately if things change in the time frame he announced. As my first time dealing with an car accident and laywer, Mr. Berman was quite astounding in my opinion. Easy to talk to, very passionate and knowledgeable. For me everything ran smoothly and fell into place. Definitely would recommend when the instance arises.

그렇게 큰 사고는 아니지만 뒤에서 일방적으로 추돌 당하서 몸이 많이 아팠습니다. 차에 데미지가 많지 않아서 치료는 잘 받을 수 있을까 걱정 많이 했는데 한국인 사무장님과 한국어를 잘하시는 직원들께서 잘 상담해주시고 친절하게 병원에 연결해주셔서 좋은 병원에서 치료도 충분히 받고 마무리까지 잘 하게되었습니다. 진행 속도도 무척 빠른 편이었구요 중간중간 궁금한게 없는지 물어보는 전화도 꾸준히 주셔서 케어를 잘 받았습니다. 감사합니다!

Me and my husband had a car accident last year. We were so confused and perplexed when the accident occurred. Somehow our chiropractor introduced us to miss Kelly Lee from Dross Berman office and we could be able to get through all those confusing and tedious procedures of car accident. We were well informed on each procedure from her and her colleagues and we could be able to overcome.
