My original charges were DUI and Mr. Alpert got it dropped down to a negligent driving charge. Didn’t know what to do at first, it was very stressful but their lawyers and paralegals helped me through it and were available consistently to help. It’s expensive but I doubt you’ll find a better firm. Just do what they tell you and you’ll get the help you need.

I chose Mr. Alpert’s firm and it was probably the best decision I could’ve ever made. I came to him with a DUI case and he got me off of the case with just a fine and a slap on the wrist! Mr. Alpert is a phenomenal lawyer and gave me the proper recourses and knowledge to get the matters of my case taken care of. He promised me that I was going to be the most prepared person in the court room and his promises came to fruition. Thank you so much for all the help Mr. Alpert!

Josh Berman was an absolute responsive attorney and kept me informed of my entire case, step by step.
I recommend this law firm because It was very nice and they are effective in settling auto claims.
I pray I’ll never need to file any litigation again but if I need a law office, I will return to Josh Berman and Dross Berman ,LLC.

Mrs. Kim helped me during the process. She responded my questions very quickly. Of course the process is not smooth all the time, but Mrs. Kim guided me through all of the challenges. It took 1 year and a half, which is quite fast. The team did a great job!

Highly recommend for this Group. I did my EB3 adjusting status and the processing was approved quickly in 13.5 months. My wife and I both got GC in hands. I was so surprise and thankful for there support during the time working with them. Specially Ms.Kim, she is the one explains any questions in detail and seriously. Very professional one!!!
