Mr. & Mrs. Melehy, Mr. Balashov and Emily fought for me at a time when I was unable to fight for myself. The mental torture that I have experienced is something I wouldn’t wish upon anyone but the staff at Tina Sharma has helped me feel so much better. I am in fact breathing easier than I have in as long as I can remember. Kristin went well out of her way (dealing with me when I am anxious requires the skills of an Angel) taking numerous calls from me expressing my anxiety and depression all to see to it that my spouse was served quickly as it needed to be done by this morning. I actually got to watch as they were served. Kaitlyn spent grueling hours with me going over everything in detail making sure that we had our i’s doted and our t’s crossed. Then there’s Tina who took time out for me to hear a bit about my story and to encourage me during what is beyond the shadow of a doubt the most difficult time in my life. I can’t forget William who has made me feel welcome each time I made it through security. He couldn’t be more helpful or welcoming. I’m looking forward to getting this process over with and I’m glad I have the staff of the Law Offices of Tina Sharma helping me through this process.

I worked with Kevin Finnegan and his firm on a very complex catastrophic products liability case in Maryland, and I could not have been happier. They have great relationships with the Court and the local bar, and have a fantastic - and well deserved - reputation in the community. After much delay on the referral through a prepaid legal service, I was assign to him regarding my EEO case against a government agency. The problem is he was more interested in nickel and diming me to death. My initial consultation with my discount costs $250 for 30 minutes of his time. The agency suddenly ghosted me after giving me a tentative job offer and then reannounced the job opening. While he did not agree it was discrimination, he thought that I had a case because the agency did not make a suitability determination. He was supposed to let me know what the law said regarding that but never did. He concluded with him telling me to let him know what the EEO investigation concluded. After the EEO investigation was completed where I determined a suitability determination had not been made and the case could potentially be discrimination, I called him back. He wanted another $250 to discuss without having completed the first consultation. I saw what he was doing and passed. I did not have time to find another attorney and had to go to the settlement hearing without representation. The agency did end up settling with me. He ended up screwing himself over in the end because had he represented me without the games we both could have made more money off the case.
