READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS FIRST they are very true! This law firm is HORRIBLE! They do not return calls, they do not give case updates. They’ll work on your case as slow as possible and not give any updates along the way. Any info I found out about my case was through the courts because this law firm WILL NOT contact you about anything. Called multiple times, left multiple messages and still NO CALL BACK, very unprofessional to say the least. Going through the reviews I see I’m not the only one this has happened to. Those other reviews have got to be fake.

I had the pleasure of having my first case professionally handled by Mary. Unfortunately I received the total opposite when I returned for a second case. But my luck obviously ran out! Jenelle made me regret returning to this firm, and for referring any family or friends. I was in an accident in February and have been trying to get in contact with Jenelle for over a month now to get an update on my case. She doesn’t return calls or emails and I’m just disappointed in her representation of the firm. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to this firm.

It has been over a year since I signed an agreement with this firm, and I have only spoken with someone once during that time. Having been a passenger in a vehicle involved in an accident, I contacted this firm. (biggest mistake of my life) I assume that I chose a good firm since the review was 5 stars. The reviews are false or the work of family and friends. You cannot be a professional attorney if you never communicate with your clients. What is the point of fighting for something you do not understand? I would call to the office and the attorney is never in or available and the one time I spoke with this lady, she seemed irritated with me, although I had never spoken with her a day in my life prior to that day, and she rushed me off the phone without providing me with any information concerning my claim a year ago. She was unable to tell me if she had sent a settlement letter, or if she had contacted any insurance companies or anything else. All she said was that you would be notified when she heard something. In other words, what have you been doing for a whole year and why hasn't the attorney contacted the insurance company or me? Trust me BEWARE of this FIRM they are a unprofessional and lack communication skills which is highly needed in a case. You will NEVER see a penny and NEVER get a response. You WILL receive a BILL for lack of communication and poor representation of you! Plus you your better of representing yourself it's less expensive and you will receive a payment!
