My father had passed away suddenly a while back, he had been in the process of a lawsuit for an automobile accident he had been in. Checking his mail after he passed I came across a letter from his attorney. I knew he had been working on this settlement but had never occurred to me I could proceed with it , so I contacted Whitlock Law and explained the situation to them. They informed me we could still move forward with his case, as long as I provided them the proper paperwork from the court appointing me administrator of his estate, which I had needed to obtain to collect any of his assets anyway. Well, it had taken me quite a while to start that process due to funding so it was delayed many months. Whitlock law was extremely understanding of my situation, very patient and very professional throughout the whole process. She always responded to my emails, answered my questions, and kept me updated every step of the way. I got a call to confirm my mailing address, informing me my father's settlement check was ready to be mailed out that day. That was last Wednesday and I received the check Monday. Even though my father had passed away, the money he fought for was still able to be payed out. I don't think a lot of people are aware that you can still move forward with a loved ones settlement even if they have passed, or they just don't really think about it. I am so glad I contacted them about his passing or I would not have known we could proceed with his case. Thank you so much for your kindness and assistance this past several months. I highly recommend working with Whitlock law , it is obvious they truly care about their clients.

great experience first time. Worst experience second time. Kimberly does not return messages nor does she keep client updated. The goal for hiring a lawyer is for them to be constantly talking with the insurance so that clients are paid. Not this time around. This is so bad for a law firm, at least. Would not recommend them. If used, at least have Mary as a case manager. Kimberly is the worst lawyer ever. Morgan should really take a good look at how clients are being treated and change things.

I wouldn't recommend this law firm to a injured fish. I can't speak on all lawyers that work in this law office but Ms. Kimberly Maradiaga is by far one of the worst lawyers I have ever had for representation working with her has been an nightmare for a simple auto accident I had to call around and get my own doctor bills because she act as if they wouldn't give them to her from her wanting me to call and get estimates while pregnant from doctor's for a surgery that I could not have and never returning a phone call I still have yet to receive a settlement and it almost 3 years

Whitlock Law was a great experience for me! I was burned at a drive thru and the owner lied about it and failed to do an investigation. She helped me and stayed on them until they relented, we went to court and settlement was given. I thank the whole family for their help! I lived Morgan’s Mom as she was the sweetest. Thank you!!
