Initially my contact with the case manager and later contact with the paralegal went well. My concerns stemmed from the negotiations process. The only information I was provided was that negotiations were been conducted. Ms Whitlock never reached out to me for any input and never responded back to me on any of my concerns or questions I had. I was provided a call from the paralegal with a settlement offer which I was told at that time was the insurance's company's final offer. I felt completely left out of this process. While I do understand that your lawyer works for you and handles the case on your behalf, there should have been some contact with Ms. Whitlock and myself especially regarding the negotiations process and that never happened.

This law firm didn’t even make it past 1 day with me I fired them the very next day they contacted me. Very poor customer service they really sound ghetto on the phone and the act ghetto

I have good whit this clinic have good doctors thanks for helping me I'm rally apricaited for this docter

Never use this law firm they will rip you off they'll lie and have you waiting years for a little settlement trust me don't use them

Terrible Terrible! Worst law firm I ever dealt with. Morgan didn't even have enough respect to contact me ever about my case. It's been 2 years amd has yet to discuss my case with me. She also went behind my back and trying to sue my personal insurance because she is having difficulty suing the responsible party's insurance. Will never use this law firm again. GO anywhere else!

I'm am not satisfied with my service. I was assigned a paralegal for my case who left the firm in the middle of the case and I received no update regarding this. I have been waiting for settlement for accident case almost a year now. The firm does not work do due diligence to settle your case and you can never reach someone when you need to speak with them.

This shows to me that she is willing to help before just transferring the call. The next person is Karla which was the person that helped me with the process of the case, what an exceptional person. Gave me all the details I needed and if she was busy she definitely returned my calls with in a short time frame. Erika the third person which helped near the end of the case, with the offer was on point and didn't pressure me on taking the offer, easy and fast straight to the point. Finally Ryan, The person that I was waiting for to sign my documents for the settlement. Made it easy with out me having to show up and with in one day of speaking to Erika reached out to me as they had mentioned they would... THANK You, for making this happen. I am happy with the outcome of my settlement 5 star FIRM...

The lawyer and her group that work with her are very professional, they advise you very well and answer the call immediately and the good thing is that they speak Spanish
