Over the last three years my daughter was repeatedly charged with a crime she did not commit based on false accusations. After two years and three lawyers, Gary Gerstenfield made the prosecutor actually investigate the crime. Which lead to evidence that my daughter was innocent of the accusations. Thanks to Gary the prosecutor dismissed all charges. He kept us informed throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Gary; he will listen to you and he will fight for you!

Gary Gerstenfield is an outstanding lawyer who fought the long battle for me. I experienced their mastery in the courtroom. Gary and Robert explained everything before court. All I had to do was show up and they sent me reminder letters and even called me to remind me the day before court.
The trooper was there and knew my lawyers. They spoke with the prosecutor and my dui was dropped. The greatest words are "nolle prosequi"!
I was referred to Gary and Robert. I knew I made the right decision. Now, my immigration will not be hurt.
