Robert and Gary’s communications are top tier. Their paralegal iris is awesome. I was kept in touch with my case every step of the way even through Covid. The best part of the story is that I was charged with a DUI and they turned it into reckless driving and I received a PBJ and a small fine. And they had it worked out even before we got to court. I highly recommend Gary and Robert!

Gary and Robert were very easy to work with and professional and Gary is easy to talk to. I like the word interactive. Gary was always happy to talk with my family and made us all feel that he had things under control. I ended up without a conviction and no supervision. I highly recommend them!

Hired him for an government case...I had never been disciplined in the 25 years of service but this agency was trying to fire me and I hired Mr. Fischer to help save my job. He did the opposite. He stated I was going to get more if I lost my job and I did and was rude, so I was rude back and he quit the case in the middle of a crucial time. Don't do it.

I am very happy with Robert and Gary. They worked as advertised- I’m kidding they don’t advertise. They do however fight like crazy. I’m a letter carrier and my job was at risk. They made the dui go away and got me out of trouble. I know they do very serious cases but they treated me like I was their most important client. Any court date, they called me to remind me even when I had met with them earlier. Their staff knew me and my case. They like talking to me and one night around 9 when I was scared I called and Gary spent an hour just talking to me. That’s why I recommend them! The best lawyer in town .make sure you contract them if you face any problems

My experience with The Law Offices of Gerstenfield & Demirji exceeded my expectations. Gary was truly wonderful. Gary Gerstenfield is an exceptional law professional; an impressive body of law knowledge and provides excellent counsel, guidance and sage advisory services. Gary and Robert both worked to have my criminal charge in Montgomery County, MD dropped completely. His office did all this w/o me having to appear in court at all except for the preliminary hearing. Gary's assistance, support and customer service is exemplary. FYI, a charge doesn't necessarily mean you committed the crime, in my case Gary Gerstenfield put in his time/effort to get my charge dropped, no prosecutor can have a chance against Gary. I can happily say that I didn't commit the crime i was accused of. My uncle introduced me to Gary since Gary had helped him dismiss a reckless driving charge We went to Gary's office in silver spring. We spoke in person briefly about my situation, he gave me a VERY fair price and he understood i was temporarily not working, and we discussed next steps. The day of my preliminary hearing, with me providing him with short notice of my hearing he still appeared on time, dressed professionally, comfortable with the entire process. At my next court date, Gary and Robert showed up in court and I got out of the court room very happy. I was so worried for weeks leading up to that date because this was my first court date, but was so relieved with the outcome. Gary and Robert were very courteous, easy to talk to, and they responded to emails very quickly. I highly recommend The Law Offices of Gerstenfield & Demirji and will be referring all of my friends, associates and family.

Great experience overall choosing Gary H Gerstenfield as my attorney. He is very knowledgeable of the law. I had 8 charges against me with a very thorough and detailed report from the officer who was at the scene. The prosecutors had a perfect case against me. However, with Gary's experience, time researching my case and passion for his job, I was acquitted of all charges! If you find yourself in a situation where you need a lawyer I highly recommend Gary. He kept me informed and calm throughout the entire case.

They helped me settle a speeding ticket, which I would have gotten 5 points on my license had I paid the fine. Priced very fairly, and helped me get the best outcome.
