Mr. Matthew is very knowledgeable at his profession and will restore your high BP back to normal if you listen to him and work according to his instructions. I was asked to complete a detailed questionnaire form and never heard back from anyone. I placed a follow up call the following week and was told that the paralegal would get back to me shortly, but I never heard from them again. Even if the firm doesn't think your issue is worth their time, a standard courtesy call and or email should be sent to let you know if you either have a case or don't.
