I was falsely accused of second degree assault by an unstable spouse. Whom would constantly make new claims of abuse, even thou we weren't in contact with one another. Gary successfully defended me in front of all 4 district court judges. I was in court every month for 5 months straight. A conviction of any of these allegations could have meant the end of my career, and my losing my top secret security clearance. Gary worked wonders in the court room, and was able to get my wife to display her irrational behavior. Thank you, Gary

Gary is just the man for the job. A little background first. I am in the military and before leaving for my basic training, I got arrested and was charged with a DUI. When I explained everything that had happened to Gary, he told me my possibilities where slim at first. I went to training for 6 months and when I got back, he had already did what he does best and told me we have a shot. I got to court today and while I was been tried, with all confidence and professionalism, we won the case and the DUI charge was dropped without even have to mention that I am in the military. The military has no tolerance with driving under the influence of alcohol. Thank God for Gary who just helped me save my career and my life. Don't know what I would've done without you guys. I highly recommend anyday and anytime.

Gary was such a professional in handling my case. He gave me all the confidence that is needed as a client. He assured me I was not to worry about anything, and he got me the outcome he promised. My case was dismissed like it never even happened. Gary and the office staff(Yris) were the best that anyone could have asked for. Gary and Robert are great lawyers! Both are very quick to answer and give it to you straight! They work hard, know what they are doing and have great courtroom presence and preparation. Out of everyone I met that was going to be heard for their second DUI, I got the best result. They recommended I go to this program that gave me a lot of information on how to prepare best for my court date. When I was in court, the judge gave me 4 days of community service and I only had to do 2! Just a few hours each day! When I went to the mandatory impact panel meeting, I met a guy who also had Robert as a lawyer. He only had wonderful things to say. Gary and Robert have knowledge of the procedures, the law, and the judges and prosecutors. They will make sure you go in front of a lenient judge so you get the best outcome possible. They always answered my texts and phone calls. They were fantastic! I highly recommend. Because of the preparation I did, the outcome of my second DUI was significantly better than my first. Do what they say and you will be able to make the correct choices going forward! Best of luck!
