Gary Gerstenfield is what one would call a savant of words. When i pretty much had no hope as far as sentencing on my case with the odds stacked against me, Gary came through. He navigated his way through allocution with a intriguing calm and controlled demeanor that left everyone present with a smile on their faces. I called about Expungements and WORST experience ever!! She the office assistant had no idea what she was talking about and kept telling me if you were found guilty that you cannot expunge the case and as for a felony, she said no felony conviction was expungeable Than she hung up! I since called about post trial issues as it says on there web site they do and after giving my info again, they tell me he no longer does this either. I would not call this place again if I had a death sentence
