I was helped by Elizabeth H Johnson Esq. I was very pleased with the legal services offered. I needed legal assistance for a family dispute over an estate issue and Elizabeth was knowledgable with the settling my family dispute. She were very prompted and diligent. I would highly recommend.

Recently I had the need to hire a lawyer in a dispute over a will, and I contacted Adam Spence of Spence/Brierley. Adam in an excellent attorney and he is very personable and has a great knowledge of the law. He was able to settle my case in a very short time (without going to court) to my total satisfaction and I can highly recommend him. I will use him and his firm again if the need arises.

I was referred to Garrett through a mutual friend when I found myself in a landlord/tenant situation after the sudden passing of my father as I needed to sell his home as part of my duties as Administrator of the Estate. This was clearly a situation I had never been in before, but after speaking w/Garrett, I felt assured he would help me and that's exactly what he did! He was always professional, very responsive to my emails and many questions and helped me win our case. In the event I'm ever in need of counsel again, I will absolutely reach out to Garrett in the future.

Recently had the opportunity to speak with Adam. He provided a great deal of directly valuable information and good solid context to understand that information. Adam was able to address the initial needs of the call as well as ad-hoc extension beyond the initial scope. This was addressed on-the-spot without need of a future meeting. Adam also provided additional information from authoritative online sources. I appreciate his polite, upfront and transparent approach.
