READ THIS! First, if you found this review you already have issues, and you are searching for a remedy. I was lucky enough to find Adam Spence in the exact situation you are experiencing now. My issues were a made for television, a nail biter drama involving a 'Trust'. It had embezzlement, larceny, unlawful removal of a 'Trustee', theft of "trust funds', and a litany of other issues. I had approached another attorney and he attempted to get involved, but quickly realized it was way out of his league, and he referred me to Adam Spence. Adam methodically detailed every count involved, and it seemed effortless to him, as he has been through issues as this many, many times. After my first meeting with him, I felt completely at ease. This particular Trust case took almost 3 years to resolve, and Adam, and his associate Liz never skipped a beat, relentless in gathering every detail to ensure victory. When the first hearing in the matter occurred, Adam and Liz were so prepared that opposing counsel was caught like a deer in the headlights! The Trustees were removed by the court, and the case proceeded. In the long journey to settlement there were twist and turns, sometimes looking like the enemy (defendants) were going to get away with the heist, but Adam was always there holding your hand, telling you that this is not a 'Sprint', is is a slow methodical, calculated method to position the facts to allow the greatest odds that you will prevail. And prevail I did! Adam recovered a large bank account that had been embezzled, recovered funds that were taken as a result of undue influence, and exacted a settlement that I would have never believed was obtainable. Adam not only brings an impeccable arsenal of legal skills, he also possesses the talent of financial prowess, which is absolutely necessary in any issue involving money, the ability to quickly filter through the endless financial statements involved, and get to the issue at hand. I reached out to this firm due to my experience at a hotel where I was TERRORIZED by bedbugs, mice and water damage in a room I’m residing in. I have never had this experience and was referred here by a close family friend. I left a message and email on the website on a weekend, so I waited until Monday 8/31/2020. I have been documenting my month long stay here at the hotel and called for a consultation, however I spoke with a intake coordinator who was very short and stated they could not take my case. I complied and asked why, I was told to contact my local health department and bar association although one would know during COVID, THEY ARE CLOSED!!! I pressed the matter questioning is this how a consultation is performed, meaning an intake coordinator who has admitted she IS NOT a lawyer and or an attorney, can tell me why a case can not be taken before providing the consultation as well as providing what I took as LEGAL ADVICE.Telling me to call the health department after I have video documentation of bed bugs, videos of my room leaking as well as the bites on myself and my daughter and video footage of the staff telling myself no to another room, acknowledging the mice and bugs are everywhere, asked her if she was permitted to give myself legal advice, the advice she gave, and she then explained who I needed to contact, which I’m to assume was the legal advice/consultation and refused to provide a clear explanation as to why they couldn’t take my case! She then explained if the situation was to get WORSE then to reach out and maybe they would be able to “dig deeper.” Look elsewhere, during COVID-19 my health was put at risk, my child’s health was put at risk and they want us to receive MORE injuries before a case is deemed worthy. Someone else will pick this up and you should be ashamed!

when others did not want to take my case he was willing he was very very patient with me and his communication was always on point no matter how he reach out to you. He help me and my family start our lifes all over i thank him so much
