My experience with this firm reassured me that there are just people in the world. What I experienced was embarrassing, enraging, and endangering. I was falsely accused of theft, retained, and had the police called on me. The Whitney firm took my case seriously; moving with empathy and transparency. I felt confident that they were moving with my best interests in mind. We had a positive outcome and I trust them enough to utilize them again and also refer them to others. Kudos!

You'll be in great hands if you choose this firm. I was able to settle a lawsuit against Lustine in Virginia (recently bought out by Ourisman) for about $50,000 and couldn't be happier with paying off my car because of a signature forgery case. Dan and his team were great to work with and I would use them again in a heartbeat. They were always very quick to answer any questions I had (which was a lot) and made sure I understood every possible option we had in the case. I'll start by saying if anyone has any troubles with a vehicle purchase from a dealership and the vehicle is broke not working correctly and the dealership is giving you the run around this is the law firm for you. I purchased a truck from a dealership and the second day I had it, it started having problems and the dealership said they stand by there vehicles and mechanics. Well 3 rentals later and finally having the Whitney Law Firm on my side, they were able to get my down payment back plus some and get the dealership to do a buy back deal. I am very satisfied with my experience with the Whitney Law Firm. I cant thank them enough.

i reached out bc i had a bed bug issue . my attorney Joel handled my case well . we had great communication throughout the process . always near the phone , if not .. calling me back promptly. most of the communication was via phone or email . only met the guy in person once … 10/10
