I truly believe that fate plays a part in our lives and thereby sends the right person to help a regular person get treated with the most dignity and respect. Me myself being taken advantage of by a car dealership not only a bad car, unprofessional behavior and no concern for right and wrong. The automobile purchase was in 2019 and the persons who brokered the injustice are no longer with the company. Therefore, I am in no way condemning the current staff of the facility who has the rectify the decitful misdeed of the prior namely two employees. Hat off to the current staff of that company. I just wanted to thank Whitney LLP for representing me in a very difficult case involving a car dealership. Although we received little cooperation from the dealership attorney, Daniel continued to be professional and negotiated a pretty fair settlement. I hired Whitney, LLP when I had purchased a rental property in Baltimore and the seller failed to disclose latent defects. Having done a home inspection I thought I was all in the clear until I wasn't. After several thousands of dollars of fixes, repairs, and more repairs I felt defeated and needed help. I am very happy with the results, I went to a dealer and I had a bad experience starting with the car warranty that was where they lied to me telling me that the vehicle only had one year warranty on the battery and that's why I had to buy a warranty and in addition to that they added 10,000 dollars more above the price of the vehicle but thanks to Daniel Whitney Jr. All that was solved, the dealer returned the guarantee fund and the 10,000 dollars they had overcharged and that's why I highly recommend Whitney LLP.
