I recently had the pleasure of working with the Whitney Law firm, specifically Attorney Dan Whitney, Jr. I was in a situation where I purchased a classic car in Maryland from a not so reputable dealer, that supposedly specializes in classic cars! I tried to resolve the case myself, but was ignored by the dealer for several weeks, until I contacted the Whitney law firm. Attorney Whitney put together a small team that ACTUALLY specializes in classic cars. Everyone involved in the case was extremely knowledgeable and unexpectedly easy to contact! It's one thing for someone to give you a contact number, but they actually answered my call. Even while I was on vacation in a different time zone they made accommodations to speak to me at unreasonable hours and weekends as the case was coming to a close. After all the hard work Attorney Whitney and his team put in I was finally able to receive a favorable outcome and hold this dealer accountable. I highly recommend the Whitney Law firm to help resolve these matters.

While highly recommended by a former State Poillice office for being knowledgeable in the area I needed assistance with, there never seemed to be the drive necessary to handle my case. No updated unless more money was needed. And what should have been a simple case, has now been over 18 months and asking for more money. It truly feels like the attorney's are just dragging both sides out to get paid more money. And now, because it was drug out so long and there is no more money to fight, he just withdrawls. The sayings about car salesmen and Attorney's are well founded. The irony is, I hired an attorney to fight a dealership who was found guilty of selling me a MD State Inspected, used vehicle that failed inspection when immediately taken to another inspection station. How hard could this be? All I am saying is, you can't trust recommendations these days. Do your homework before selecting an attorney or a car dealership.

We're grateful to have found Dan Whitney! My father-in-law had bought a vehicle from a registered tag & title business in Maryland to find the car had gone through an odometer adjustment when trying to resell the vehicle. Dan took on our case and was able to help us win against the opposing party involved in fraud! Our case took two years from start to finish, but Dan was proactive and patient through the entire process. He was very detailed and investigative in his approach to ensure we had everything to win! My experience with attorneys in the past has been very cold, but Dan truly cares about his clients and fights for them. My wife and I were having an issue with the leasing office at our apartments. They were bullying us and sicked their attorneys on us.
