Fantastic experience! Adam and Liz defended my mother so wonderfully. Let me tell you what, if you're able to get this power house team on your side, do it!!! Here is one part of a bigger story that really stood out. One day Liz had to come over to the house in a hurry, she got there on Gods timing too. The police had just decided against us, that my mother was not allowed to stay in her house. I was a wee bit scared and unable to do much of anything even tho I believed what was happening was dead wrong. I had Liz on the phone and she was driving exactly the speed limit Im sure, to get over to the house while the police were there. I put her on speaker without telling her (sorry!) and ran over to ask the cop to stay until she arrived. The fire was flying on her end and she was telling me "I'm gonna hit them with a no trespassing this, and whatever law term thing that" just in time for the cop to hear it. He decided he would wait a few more minutes. (please hurry!) You ever watch a movie where the bad guys are winning and help is too far away? That's exactly what I felt like. I was too helpless in this situation to do anything for my mother but watch her get kicked out of her house. But just then, at the last moment SURPRISE! lights come on. Liz rolled up, and she was ON FIRE! They all go back in the house to talk for a while, and I stayed outside with "the other side" to try and make peace. I'm much better at that then getting nasty. So about 10 or more minutes later just the cop comes out (off to a good start, my mom stayed in the house) and he tells them " I have some good news, and some bad news" (which to me meant he had bad news, and good news). He proceeded to tell them he COMPLETELY CHANGED HIS MIND and they can't go in my moms house without her permission! I was so happy and relieved, Liz made a 100% difference that day. I can't speak about the overall situation other than Adam and Liz put it to them in the court room, and we were victorious!

Dan was really helpful in handling our case. He communicated promptly and professionally with me, and I appreciated the communicating that he did on my behalf. He was helpful in alleviating my concerns and in communicating expectations about the legal process. I'm happy with the outcome and glad we decided to use an attorney.

Exceptional Attorney Who Fought for My Rights. I cannot praise enough the outstanding work and dedication of Attorney Daniel who helped me navigate the complex and frustrating situation with a deceitful car dealer. The car dealer had used some extremely sneaky and deceptive business practices to add more than 20% to the car's price, as well as fraudulently advertising a lower mileage than the car actually had. Just before signing the contract, they subtly added a few thousand miles to the mileage. Though he was not able to help me with the mileage because I had unknowingly signed the contract without noticing the change in mileage, Attorney Daniel went above and beyond to ensure that justice was served. He meticulously investigated the case and skillfully argued in my favor, successfully recovering the spurious amounts I was unfairly charged by Exclusive Motorcars. Even after that he thought he could not not help me because of how impossible the situation really was, but me. Whitney did not give up, he made sure I got justice.
