I had to appear in court in Baltimore county. I wasn't familiar with any lawyers, reached out to William Stavros after reading about his practice on his website. I reached out to Mr Stavros and left a message. I was very relieved when he called me back later on the same day. I explained to him my situation and expressed my concerns about the charges. He then explained to me what the charges meant and for the first time since I was charged I felt like I would be able to be represented successfully. Mr Stavros advised me on what I should do to gather background information before I even met him face to face or provided him a deposit. He knows the law and was straight forward, honest and did not sugar coat anything. He advised on me taking some actions before the trial that could put me in a better light in the eyes of the prosecutor and judge. Mr Stavros is a very knowledgeable attorney with many years of experience in the Baltimore County court system. After leaving his office during my consultation I was very very relieved. Hands down! Amy Feldman and her Assistant Elizabeth are amazing!!! My only regret is that it took me wasting my time with three other “unaffiliated” attorneys who clearly need to learn from her. Amy and Elizabeth in one week did more for my case than the other three previous attorneys. Furthermore, she had to correct numerous errors they made in my case. Word of mouth is a powerful thing and when someone refers a person, their name and reputation is attached to the person they recommend. Amy represented me in an extremely difficult custody case. My ex was absolutely inflexible and her attorney was completely inept. Despite this Amy maintained her focus and dedication. She and her staff (I happen to think they are all outstanding) were available 24/7 for all of my questions and never steered me in the wrong direction. My calls, emails, and texts were always returned promptly. During several of my court appearances Amy was prepared and focused, she is truly amazing in a court room and comes prepared for every scenario.
