I met Richard Scott when my son was in middle school. I really love the way his business. Rivjard was like a teacher. If I call him with a question he always made a way to call and help and did not either charge. I keep his number on speed dail.

Atty Scott helped one of my family members during a very difficult, life changing time. His knowledge of the law and the operations of the court system gave my relative a second chance. As a family we were very satisfied with the outcome.

i have used richard scott in multiple cases and each and every time he has been honest straight forward to the point and one of the most responsive lawyers i have ever used. i cant express enough how well he treats his clients with his effectiveness and down right professionalism. every time ive had a consultation or even just a call with questions i have had he has given me his honest opinion and did not sugar coat it at all which is want you want out of a lawyer he is the man you want by your side in a courtroom.

Mr.Scott handle my case with professionalism and care. He knew how to address the Judge in a manor of respect, while keeping me in mind of my charges and history. I had to get on here and say this is the best lawyer I’ve ever had he literally got my dui case thrown out given all the evidence they had against me he definitely did his thing in the court room, I highly recommend Mr.Scott he’s definitely gonna do his job to his fullest potential. If you don’t get him as your lawyer I will pray for you.

It’s not too often that I make the time to do reviews, but hiring Attorney Richard Scott was the best decision I could have ever made! Not only did my case gave the best out come, but I contacted him regarding a family member legal issues who lives in Atlantic Ga. Mr. Scott didn’t hesitate to take the time to advise me ( though he had no benefit in doing so) His advice was not only insightful, but gave me information to help my family member. These days, it can be disheartening when it’s only about the buck. But it was so appreciated to have someone who cares. Showing respect where it is due! I watched Mr Scott assist his client in getting a DUI/DWI removed from her charges AND get probation before judgement on a failure to remain at the scene charge. She doesn't even have to check in monthly. Just wow! From what I understand DWIs can't be expunged from records and he got the DROPPED! Listening to the judge I knew for sure that she was going to get charged with more severe punishment. Mr Scott let the judge know that he and his client understood the concerns of the court, owned up to the issue and compassionately reassured the court this was not in her character. She walked out with a fine of $255...really?! Yep, REALLY! Mr Scott spoke of his client to eloquently that I wanted to run up and hug her. Sir, great job! If I ever need a lawyer...you will be the one I call FOR SURE!

I just want to say that in all my life as a man I never thought that I would get to experience our country true justice system until I was respresented by Mr.Richard Scott, he showed amazing practice and expectational wit, I’m thanking God for this man and his responsive nature, we need more representation like this man, I recommend Mr.Richard Scott all day!
