I called Mr Scott and in a matter of minutes he returned my call. He gave me free advice that really put my mind and wallet at ease. When talking to him I felt comfortable and gained so much knowledge in such short time. If I ever need help he will be the first I would call and most defiantly will recommend him to anyone.

If I could give this man zero stars, I would. He tries to talk to any woman that walks by even though his wife is plastered in his office. If you don’t return his advances, he makes your case worse for you. My relative had a criminal case, he was more than an hour late, blamed the judge for not hearing the case after everyone stay and waited on him. He never worked out the specifics of the case. Did not do his job at defending his client at all. Court was postponed because of him, and NEVER EVER takes responsibility for what he does. He collects the money and wants others to do the work for him. Had the nerve to ask me what times was court. How did you even become a lawyer? He’s extremely unprofessional. Extremely!!!! Cursing in the courthouse, etc. He has anger issues and when he doesn’t get what he wants and his advances aren’t returned, he takes it out on his client and doesn’t do the work needed to defend. I will never deal with him ever and I highly WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM! All of the 4 and 5 stars are lies. He’s horrible. He talks about other people cases. There is no lawyer-client confidentiality. He’s an embarrassment as a lawyer. He said that my relative didn’t have immigration issues and got him 1.5 months of probation even though he had time served only to be released with a guilty charge when he said my relative case was dismissed. Relative was dismissed to ICE and I’m pretty sure he knew about it. He was very very underhanded with the whole case. He didn’t even allow us in the courtroom to hear the case. A paid lawyer that’s paid to defend! He DID NOT DO HIS JOB!!!!

Called Mr Scott. He gave me great advice over the phone for free regarding a case for my son. He is straight forward, and concise with his counsel I will be hiring him soon as we now need an attorney for child custody and divorce proceedings.

Richard is a great attorney, and straight to the point won't hold anything back and will give you a straight opinion.
