Mr. Mallon made the process of my divorce very easy. He was able to arrange the service of papers to my ex in another state, and basically the whole process was taken care of without me needing to worry about it. I had an unfortunate experience with Mr. Mallon as my attorney working an adoption case. I hired Tom in March of 2020 and was told the adoption process would take approx 1year. Well it took about 4yrs, and it was due to Tom and his staff's lack of attention to detail. Many phone calls and emails went unanswered and ignored for weeks at a time. I was told my petition for adoption was filed in Sep of 2022, however that turned out to be untrue. In Apr of 2023 an incomplete petition was filed, and requests by the court and judge went unanswered by Tom resulting in my case being dismissed. A new and complete petition was finally filed and the adoption process was completed in Jan 2024, however it left the much anticipated and long awaited journey anti-climatic due to stress caused by Tom and law office caused.

Wow! Thomas K. Mallon, LLC is an excellent lawyer. He was able to serve my husband in an international divorce case successfully. I had not heard from him in over 10 years. I had retained 2 previous lawyers in 2014 and 2019 without success. I had sought several lawyers in 2023 where multiple times due to it being an international divorce case they rejected taking on the case. One of the lawyers even met me and said he would take on the case and I never heard back from him even though I left messages with his secretary. I almost gave up as I didn't know what else I could do. I am so grateful for meeting such a competent lawyer, Mr Mallon. He met with me discussed my case end of January 2023 and after 10 years of separation I am finally divorced. I call to the office trying to make an appointment with this lawyer. The girl at the office . Tell me someone is going to call me . After 3 days of being waiting no buddy call me . And I just call to fire him and his services. There is no communication..
