Kelly Fruit was extremely helpful and efficient with all the preparation in getting my closing documents and everything else needed in order to facilitate a seamless transaction. She was great to deal with. Carlos Melon, Esq. completed the closing and was also extremely efficient, knoweledgeable, and very pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend using this firm.
