I highly recommend Attorney Lewin for all criminal proceedings. I was charged with identity fraud and credit card fraud and at the end my case received a VERY favorable disposition which allowed me to retain my no guilty plea without admission. At the beginning I was afraid and confused of what may happen but Attorney Lewin provided me with a clear understanding of what options I will have, understand the entire process clearly and most importantly his time whenever I had a question. He was very responsive and flexible with his time, which few times included late night meetings to accommodate my schedule. OK...Atty Lewin was AMAZING! I am originally from MA but moved to FL in 2002. Have never had a license issue, but when I went to renew, I had a stop based on the driver registry for a warrant out of Woburn, MA. from 15 years ago. I called a few ATTY's and all said I had to go to MA, sorry can't help you. NOT ATTY LEWIN. Spoke with him on a late Friday and he was straight forward and confident that he would resolve this matter for me. Just speaking to Atty Lewin you knew he was good and knew what he was doing. A couple of emails later he was retained, I wired his fee Friday afternoon. He said he would go to Woburn court Monday morning and present to the Judge/Court a motion to waive my appearance, have the warrant recalled, and my case dismissed. HERES THE Reality......by 9:30 A.M. on Monday morning, HE HAD ALL OF THE ISSUES RESOLVED AS HE SAID! My appearance waived so no trip back to Woburn, MA! Warrant recalled! Case dismissed! License reinstated! NO COURT COSTS! Atty Lewin is as prompt, professional and knowledgeable an atty as you could want. He backed up what he said he would do and did it........just as described. just speaking to him made me confident that he was THE RIGHT ATTY. Great job and thanks for the great work.

Mr. Rob Lewin is an OUTSTANDING attorney. I could write all day and night and it still wouldn't be enough to praise how dedicated, knowledgeable, and caring this attorney really is. I had previously been arrested and arraigned on domestic assault and battery charges when I hired attorney Lewin to represent me for my case. During my initial consultation, which was free of charge, Mr. Lewin spent an hour and a half going over everything in full detail including; the facts of the case, the law, court procedure, etc. He was professional, compassionate, and experienced! I left Mr. Lewins office feeling very impressed and was 100% confident that I had found my lawyer. After retaining Mr. Lewin as my defense attorney, he appeared in district court with me for my pre-trial hearing. My case was set for trial and Mr. Rob Lewin and I were due back in court in a month. Mr. Lewin went to work immediately. I was ordered by the judge to have absolutely no contact with my girIfriend. Mr. Lewin got permission from the judge to communicate with her and he did. I met with attorney Lewin for two very lengthy trial preparation sessions. We were fully prepared for the trial but we were successful in getting her not to testify. The case got dismissed! I live in the Southwestern US now, and while trying to get a new driver's license, I was told that Massachusetts had denied my driving rights in all the USA. Due to indiscretions of my youth, I had two outstanding DUI and assorted other driving warrants against me in Massachusetts. Bob Lewin handled it all expertly, and kept me from getting tangled up in the legal system while I had little time to spare for travel. He seems to know and be liked by all the court officials, and managed to get everything untangled in just three days of court appearances. I never had to say anything. I recommend him highly.
