Had 1 harrasment order courtdate to continue order. He charges 2250. He never even view file or did any work he kept shaking uncertain late for court barely could speak to him before court. Never gave an itemized bill. Did not fight for the safety of me and my kids. Nor had much knowledge of the case at all.

I had contacted Jason Maloney after my son had a bump with the law. Today was our court day and Jason went to bat for us, resulting in a victory for my son. I’m glad I didn’t try to handle this case myself because mama bear can be irrational. I’m sure we wouldn’t have the same outcome had we not hired Jason as our lawyer. He was responsive and left me assured we would have a good outcome. He was knowledgeable and well spoken. I recommend him for sure should you need a personal lawyer.

I am very happy with the outcome. Jason was able to get my boyfriend's case dismissed entirely. It did take a while, due to COVID slowing down the court system. Jason expressed realistic optimism about his case the whole time. I am very happy with his strategy.
My boyfriend felt very comfortable and safe with Mr. Maloney, especially when his personal freedom was at stake. He didn't have to worry. He was told the truth of the situation as the case went along. He felt informed. He managed to remain calm and safe while awaiting trial. Money well spent for peace of mind!

I just want to say that working with Michael was so easy. He helped me through each step, was extremely professional, prepared, and successfully got me a not guilty finding for a DUI I did not deserve.

Mr Maloney was appointed to me as a public defender. He was clear from the very beginning about the consequences and what may or may not be done in my case. It took a little bit for us to get into contact sometimes, but once the case was to appear in court he was on top of everything and was able to communicate clearly what my options were and what to expect once we were in court. Overall, I’m pleased with his performance and his overall professionalism. It also helps that he’s pretty nice not condescending.
