Mr. Maloney handled my son's case in a way that made an intense situation, turn out well for our family. He has a good balance of representing the legal system, and connecting with his client.

Mr. Maloney is an extremely talent lawyer. Don’t let him being young fool you, he is very experienced and knows what he’s doing in the courtroom. I have been to court many times and not once have I had a lawyer as adept, attentive and understanding of my needs and willing to help not because of the paycheck, but because he wants to actually help. Do yourself a favor and don’t second guess or sleep on this lawyer, you will not be disappointed, I can guarantee that! Very hardworking and not afraid to take cases to trial if it is in the best interest of the client. I have seen Mr. Maloney in court numerous times. He is very well liked and has a great presence in the courtroom.

I started my case with an expensive dui lawyer. I paid him for a year and a half but I started to feel less and less comfortable with his ability to prove my case and I couldn't really afford him after so many court dates. Peter picked up my case as a public defender and I'm so glad he did. From the first time I talked to him I could tell he was very smart. He always answered all of my questions honestly and didn't sugarcoat anything. Whenever we had a court date he was always paying attention to all cases. I saw him get many of his other cases dismissed while we went through pretrials. I had a trial and he suggested a judge trial based on who the judge was, I agreed. This was the best decision for my case. I was very nervous throughout the trial but every time the prosecutor said something I didn't agree with or that I was worried about he either objected or he had a perfect rebuttal. He's very smart and I know that if I had a different lawyer that I may be in jail right now. I appreciate his efforts more than I can explain. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that asks and I would hire him again privately if I ever need a lawyer again.

If you experience yourself in the situation of needing a lawyer for an OUI, Mike and Julie are the ones to hire, NO questions asked! I would give more stars if I could. My whole process was just shy of a year and throughout such a long, awful process, they made it easy and put me at ease. They were always available to answer my questions when I needed them and explain everything in detail to you. The job is to defend you, and mike exceeded that beyond belief in the courtroom the day of my trial. He is so educated with the laws and the field tests, as well as the court system! The morning of my trail he decided to go jury trial rather than bench, he had been educating me on both options so I was aware and I would never doubt a word he says! After a long day, (with him making my mom and myself calm throughout the whole process), he got me a not guilty verdict! Now I have my life back and can not thank the two of them enough!
