I had an excellent experience with Jonathan D Molleur Esq. Jonathan specializes in housing laws and I came to him with a tenant/Landlord dispute. Before calling him I was afraid, anxious, and completely overwhelmed. From just our first phone call he eliminated my negative feelings and replaced them with confidence, knowledge, and most importantly empowerment. Landlords can be corrupt and dishonest. Your best weapon against them is Johnathan. If you find yourself in a situation with an unfair landlord or you’re just not sure what to do, don’t hesitate to call him. I promise you he is the help you need.

I called attorney Jonathan Molleur to ask him if withholding rent due to a sewer flood in my current apartment, was legal and if so, what would be the next steps. He explained exactly what the law statues were in this particular situation. In addition, he was professional, and to the point. He also mentioned that as a tenant, I have rights etc. Thank you! While I didn’t end up retaining Attorney Molleur’s services, I did consult with him on some issues I had with my old landlord. I then ended up with a satisfactory settlement from my landlord.
