I came to Breakstone, White, and Gluck because I knew the firm was one I could trust. Marc Breakstone had, many years ago, been my Little League baseball coach. More recently, I had also seen his comments to a reporter in a newspaper article on a tragic car accident. While I only ended up using their services for a basic legal consultation, my trust in their firm was rewarded. I worked most closely with Marc, and he is very knowledgeable in the field of medicine, as it relates to personal injury law. I also had some contact with Ron Gluck. Overall, both lawyers are very professional. Most importantly, both try to listen and understand the situation completely, and then give practical advice that balances the varying competing interests that are at play in a legal situation. Overall, I highly recommend the firm.

This is the premiere firm to use for bike accidents and injuries. Everyone knows this in the Boston and suburban areas. They get the highest settlements for their clients and have decades of expertise.

Having worked in a previous job recovering money from healthcare insurance companies, I thought I could handle my own injury claim. Even fully prepared for the pure frustration and anger of dealing with people who did not care about the pain and physical therapy I'd been through, I could not get the insurance company to budge very much from their lowball settlement offer. So I turned to BW&G and I am grateful and so glad I did, and recommend you do the same. From day 1, David White was kind and professional, and after one phone call to the adjuster, was able to get me the full amount owed by their insurance. Not only that, he informed me that I could also obtain more from own insurance company, which I would never have known to do, and he was able to recover so much more for me than I imagined. He managed all of my medical bills, which were many and overwhelming. He knows exactly who to contact to navigate billing departments, and he's networked so he knows the adjusters well and is in a better position to negotiate. He was very responsive to emails, calls, and questions, and when I called him out of sheer panic sometimes, he was very understanding and able to calm me down. It was such a relief to me to lean on an expert, someone who didn't waste any time in getting results. Actually "lean on" is an understatement...more like I chucked the whole problem at him and ran in the other direction and he solved it. When you are going through a recovery, physical and emotional, you don't want the additional stress of having to deal with insurance complexity and the games they put you through. You will be in good hands with David White and this great, customer service-oriented firm. Wish I could give them 6 stars.

Ron was extremely knowledgeable about the ins and outs of bicycling accidents, insurance claims, and the entire process from start to finish. He was always both very empathetic and responsive when I contacted him about my case. I was able to receive a fair and expedient insurance settlement due to all of Ron's efforts. As a local guide and a member of this community, it is simply my responsibility to share my experience and thoughts in the most unbiased way and I can't recommend BWG, especially David White and his terrific team enough. More often than not, I select service provides based on quality and quantity of the reviews they have received, and when it comes to BWG, I couldn't agree more with the accuracy of what I see here except the couple of negative reviews which are clearly scam to me. I was in an unfortunate auto accident in September of 2018, none of my fault, which caused injuries to my left wrist. I actually was initially referred to another highly rated attorney in Boston, who due to the complexity of my case, my sudden relocation to another state and her lack of knowledge and expertise ended up dropping the case and leaving me by myself. Not getting too into details here but most of the highly rated attorneys I got in touch with after, told me my case was a dead-end and I could not expect any successful outcome. This was until I called BWG and was put in touch with attorney David White. After taking the time to carefully and thoroughly listen to me, he provided step by step guidance of what I needed to do despite the obvious possibility that the case could still yield no success. He kept in touch and his team constantly answered my questions without any hesitations and provided advice until my treatments and reports were finalized and my demand letter was drafted which resulted in an offer! Attorney White and his team were communicative throughout and always easy to reach, which you will find is of absolute great importance during this process. Reza Breakstone was a fantastic attorney to work with. I suffered a head injury and went through a few different attorneys before finding Reza who really was able to make strides with my case.
