It turned out that I had a separated shoulder, 3 fractures in my pelvis and a wrist fracture. And my bike was totalled. When I contacted him, I got an immediate response. Any time I had a question, either by phone or e-mail, I always got a quick response from Ron, and not an associate. He took charge of my case and helped me understand the process as well as any nuances. I never felt that he rushed me off the phone, but always had time for me. He was able to get me a quick payment for my ruined bicycle . My final settlement for my injuries came later after all of my medical treatments had run their course. I was pleased with this final settlement of the case. As I have medicare, there were certain administrative steps that we needed to take to square away payments.
