When I started out my business, it was mainly verbal contracts and registration with the City as DBA. After a few years pasted, it was time to extpand further. The search for a law firm to represent, guide and create my contracts felt endless and a stressful search. Every number that I called from Google would tell me that my business is too small of a scale for them. Then by luck I found Jacob Law. They were very helpful from the starting conversation on the phone, up until even now. All the staff was welcoming and listening to my situation, tailored a few contracts for my company. My name's Andrea, my business partners and I own several large restaurants mainly in Southern New Hampshire. Just before Covid it we had signed a long term lease on what would be our flag ship unit. I called and the receptionist said "ok" and hanged on me half way through my sentence. Maybe because I have a Spanish accent? Not sure. How can you be a receptionist and not have basic phone etiquette? That is beyond me. Even my 5 year old nephew can end a call properly.
