Awesome lawyer, he took what we thought was an open and shut case against my family member and got him a resolution we didn't think was possible. He is the kind of lawyer you hire when the case against you is so bad that you're thinking that there's no point of hiring a lawyer. Highly recommend this guy he makes the impossible possible.

I have known Jon Karon for over 25 years. If you are looking for a smart, capable, tough attorney that knows the law, then look no further. I have been represented by Jon on two different cases over the years and both of them were settled successfully to my benefit. The most recent case I worked on with Jon was a personal injury case. I was very badly injured (connective tendons severed in both legs) due to a faulty piece of gym equipment. The defendant was an insurance company. It was a tough case, but Jon was able to secure a satisfactory settlement for me. If Jon does not get you a fair settlement through negotiation he is not afraid to try cases in front of a jury. He is a very experienced and talented litigator which leads to my second case with Jon. My second case with Jon was a business case. My company had a large invoice outstanding that a client was refusing payment. It was a complicated case with multiple legal filings from opposing counsel (defendant was a large technology company with a large law firm on retainer). Jon foiled all their attempts to derail my case with endless last minute filings & legal strategies. He was on top of everything. We ultimately settled this case to my benefit as well. When I first contacted Mr. Duggan, I was very distraught and worried because this was the first time in my life (I'm 31 years old) that I had a criminal case brought against me. I'll spare you the details, but needless to say it was a crime we both felt positive would be a good candidate for Pre Trial Probation. I had no record and from all I read outside of Mr. Duggan's advice, this was the most probable outcome. Fast forward 2 years later, and the case is finally resolved. Why is that? Politics. But Mr. Duggan never waivered. A case that shouldve been resolved in a matter of weeks, was unfortunately taken all the way to the day before a scheduled trial. Because of Mr. Duggan and his uncanny ability to get himself in front of the right people, I was able to resolve the case on the day trial was supposed to start. At no point in the two years did Attorney Duggan give up, or slack off. It was always clear he was giving 100% at all times. If you want a no nonsense lawyer who will never mislead you in any way. Ben is your guy. He is incredible intelligent and knows his way around the Boston Court System.
