I've used the Law Offices of Stephen Neyman from October 2020 to July 2021. They've been very professional, straight forward, and empathetic. He helped me explore and pursue alternative paths for the case. Eventually it led to a dismissal and they worked hard to coordinate efforts to help me prevent unnecessary travel. I would not refer Benjamin Duggan for anything regarding criminal matters.I was appointed Benjamin by West Roxbury District court. In my experience, he put in a few motions with no meat. I believe he works with the Judge and DA behind the scenes. Didnt put up 1 bit of a fight! He was supposed to put in a motion to suppress in my case based on Delaware VS Franks. Instead, he did it based on the 4 corner's of a affidavit without any physical evidence. I fired him! He kept trying to get me to take a deal even though I have a weak case! I definitely wouldn't recommend him to anyone I know!

Looking for a legal help and clearly won't be able to get it here. Absolutely terrible customer service they don't even have someone there to answer the damn phone I've called on multiple different days at multiple different times. Can never get a hold of a human being all I get is the stupid robot answering machine.

Mr. Stephen Neyman was exceptional, punctual, and above all very professional with handling my case. I highly recommend anyone seeking counseling to be represented by Stephen. Case was dismissed.
