I had a problem with a watch repair shop in Boston and couldn't get my money or the watch back. After many frustrating visits and phone calls with the store, I hired Mr. Martin. Two weeks later, not only did I get my expensive watch back but he also got the owner to refund me the entire repair bill! He was very professional and got the job done. I would highly recommend him if you want results.
