I was in a car accident on February 28, 2017 driving on the highway in Massachusetts when an uninsured motor vehicle from New Hampshire was on the fast lane & lost their tire, Their vehicle came into my lane & struck my vehicle on the drivers side. I suffered internal injuries.I accumulated thousands & thousands of medical bills over the past three & a half years.Due to the other person not being insured , I had to get a lawyer. I had no idea which one to choose. Well, I chose an attorney that was at the time working at a law firm in Boston for over 20 years but about nine months later after I hired him he was no longer working there. He convinced me to stay with him. He was on his way to retire but was still going to take on the cases that he had that were willing to stay with him. I had a bad feeling about this but still stayed with him. Some time passed & nothing was getting done. I finally decided to find another attorney which was Rosencranz & Associates Rosencranz & Associates took on the case around September 2019. I was so happy that they would take this case after all this time that passed. Rosencranz & Associates had to clean up the other attorney’s mess. .Nothing was done! Also, my file was missing a good portion of all the paperwork that I had given to that attorney over the years! Rosencranz & Associates basically had to start from scratch. There was so much paperwork involved. They had to locate all the paperwork which was lost. I wish That I had kept copies but was not in a clear state of mind. I just find out what my settlement was & they got me the most money that I could possibly get which is the full amount of my uninsured motor vehicle coverage that I have for my car insurance. I would highly recommend Rosencranz & Associates to anybody who needs an attorney!!!! I had no idea on which attorney to choose. I am thankful that it all worked out for me and switched my case to them.
