I am not one inclined to overuse superlatives, but Jonathan Macedo is truly a master of his profession. Some time ago I was stricken with an adult-onset, degenerative neuro-muscular disease so rare that it took an inordinate amount of time to diagnose. My employer & their insurance providers used this as a reason to deny my short and long-term disability benefit claims. It was, however, my good fortune to be referred to Mr. Macedo. When presented with the facts of my situation, he was willing to take on the case. Jonathan was ready to litigate but, thanks to his astounding intellect, legal knowledge base, dillegence, recall, communication and networking skills, he was able to resolve the situation completely in my favor. If you have been fortunate enough to find this website, I don't believe you will locate a finer lawyer than Jonathan Macedo.

My case has been going on forever! It's been 3 years! They are so rude, and useless, I feel like they don't even care about my case, the letters they send have the wrong dates like "your accident in April " my accident was in august smh, I'm just ready to give up at this point, they let me down I feel like I'll never have my day in court .

The worst! Dana insisted I deny the first offer I got, he insisted we take it to trial for more money. He didn't prepare me for court at all, didn't meet with me beforehand. He called me the business day before asking me to come in early before courtto discuss the case. He fell asleep at court, and in the end I got less than what was initially offered. So unlike the others, my experience wasn't a pleasant one, moreso an unprofessional one.

I've had a few cases that dana and his team did a awesome job. My honest opinion i think dana is the best in Boston
